Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide through Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: Usually 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: Usually 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. HoldHer is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
